Elite five-star safety Jonah Williams is down to five final schools and will announce his college commitment on August 24th.

His top schools are LSU, Texas A&M, Texas, USC, and Oregon.

Williams, a five-star football recruit from Galveston, Texas, also excels on the baseball diamond as a left-handed pitcher and outfielder.

He is rated the No. 3 football recruit in Texas for the class of 2025.

Here are some pictures and videos from Williams' visit to LSU back in June:

I much prefer the announcement of the announcement to be announced 2-3 days prior.

Chad Jones and Jared Mitchell should be able to help him make a decision. National champs in 2 sports.... there can't be many of them in NCAA history

If the real issue is where the most money is, this guy will never amount to what ya’ll think he will be. But he does look good taking that selfie.

When evaluating both schools, if no money changed hands, it's LSU all the way. So how much would A$M have to pitch in to overcome all of LSU's positives...1.5x...2x...3x LSU's offer?

This is the premier spot to showcase both of your talents and the only school to, recently, win Natty’s in both Sports!! LSU THE only option…

Come on over, Jonah! You could win national championships in both of your sports! Plus, your family could drive to watch you play every weekend.

That man don’t care about that. It’s really only two real questions.

Where them white girls at?

Both schools have plenty of both so imo it does matter who does what for him in the long run and who has the history to prove it. That’s only one place. LSU!!
