Elite five-star linebacker Harold Perkins from Cypress, TX announced his top three schools on Thursday which were LSU, Texas, and Texas A&M.


Perkins, a 6-3, 210-pound prospect is rated the No. 1 linebacker in the country for 2022 and the No. 2 overall player for the state of Texas, according to 247 Sports.

Interesting situation. He is being recruited by Blake, who turned a below average player into the likely Butkis winner. New coaches want their want their own staff, but a Butkus finalist and potentially Perkins are hard to look past.

Must have. Thats why I think allt of this defensive staff stays on. They improved asthe season went on and they can recruit. Especially baker. He did a tremendous job especially with Clark. Harold come.on down!
