Former NBA player and coach Phil Jackson, who is currently the New York Knicks president sent out at tweet on Sunday suggesting that Stephen Curry reminds him of former LSU great Chris Jackson who changed his named Mahmoud Abdul-Rouf.
Jackson averaged 29.0 PPG, 3.0 RPG, and 3.6 APG at LSU. He left after his sophomore season and was drafted No. 3 overall by the Denver Nuggets in the 1990 NBA Draft. He played nine season in the NBA with the Nuggets, Sacramento Kings, and the Vancouver Grizzlies.
