After entering his name into the NCAA transfer portal last month, former LSU outfielder Josh Stevenson announced Thursday that he is headed to Ohio State.

Stevenson, a sophomore from Youngsville, La., recorded ten at-bats this season after playing in 40 games last season with 15 starts.

His brother, Andrew, was an All-American and All-SEC outfielder with the Tigers for three seasons and is currently in the Minnesota Twins organization.

I'm glad we were able to settle our debt with OSU. We got Burrow and now they get Stevenson.

Can’t blame him for transferring if it is playing time that he is after. Best of luck to him.

OSU fan here. Can y’all throw in Harold Perkins to even out the burrow swap?

Just came at a bad time - for the past 10+ years he’d have played right away for his defense and could wait for the bat to come around like his brother.
