After his latest crash, Tiger Woods has no interest in hiring a driver and it comes down to privacy...

If law enforcement was sure of his impairment why didn't they get a warrant for a blood draw. Us regular folks would have been handcuffed to a bench until they got that sample.

Different laws, different states. I think Florida allows a forced blood draw when the accident has a serious injury or death. Passengers walked away without much injury. The laws got updated in 2025 so not 100% on the laws any longer.

You can find a driver with as much or more discretion than a lawyer or accountant that knows just as much about your sketchy personal behavior. This is the just the same drunk/druggie excuse that some unemployed methhead with 8 kids uses for not wanting to call a cab. Because they just don't give a crap about putting other people in danger.
