Tiger Woods' latest girlfriend of about 6 years, Erica Herman, is taking the golf legend to court over an NDA she claims he made her sign and she's citing a law that prohibits NDAs when there's evidence of sexual assault or harassment. Uh, sounds like they've broken up...?

She argues in her legal docs the NDA should be declared unenforceable under the federal Speak Out Act, which prohibits the enforceability of an NDA agreed to before a dispute arises involving sexual assault or sexual harassment.

I thought she was accusing him of sexual assault. But reading into this he locked her out of the house and everything else. So the lawyer is trying to use the Law created for sexual assault victims to get rid of the NDA she signed.

I have theory why doesn't she just bash the crap out of his reputation and forget about the NDA. he will start writing the check to make her arse go away. NDA is not a criminal document. He can't sue her for anything. She doesn't have anthing. Hence the reason she started sucking off the owner (Tiger) of the restaurant she worked at.

Sad on her part. I'm not specifically Tiger fan but his reputation was well known before she started dating him. She was asked to sigh the NDA fully aware of who Tiger was as a person/father/husband. She signed it. So her scumbag lawyer says claim sexual assault or abuse to try to get out of the NDA. This will get ugly and she will lose. They should have sat down like adults and Tiger should have just said what do you want? It would have been quiet. I hate lawyers.

Pretty shitty thing to say. Tiger has improved his image greatly over the last few years and he has been humbled you can tell the way he speaks to people. Cant imagine trying to date or marry in his position with how busy he is.

I wouldn't say sleazy, just dumb! He had the perfect lil family and was on a roll golf wise, he would have broken, shattered Nicklaus' record if he had stayed focused. Instead, he was feeling himself, his greatness back then and did what all us humans do - show weakness and fall.

This is just one more of the Elites' way of chipping away at one of the fundamental tenets of our American system: the rule of law.

When NDA's can be nullified, for what ever reason, the rule of law weakens and the rule by men strengthens. Freedom retreats and tyranny advances. THAT is what this is really about.
