While speaking at the Macon Touchdown Club this week, new Georgia head coach Kirby Smart was asked about Michigan holding their Spring Practice at IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL.

Here was his response, according to DawgNation.com:
quote:

"There’s a lot of factors that people don’t think about in that deal. You’ve gotta think about recruiting rules, how are they going to handle those, is it an advantage, disadvantage? Are they gonna let other coaches come to it, are they gonna hold open practices? Do we all come in there and watch them and scout them? If they’re all open practices why don’t we go and watch them. It’s a Pandora’s Box of what it’s going to get into, obviously."
After hearing his comments, Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh had this to say on Twitter:

"I know but there is alot in Ohio and recruits everywhere still know who Michigan and Jim are. It's not like it going to have that much affect on the recruits in FL. It's still not nothing to complain about. It makes Smart looked scared."

Your reading comprehension skills are on Harbaugh's level right now.

Cause there are very very few recruits in Michigan.

Of course it's to get more exposure for Michigan down south but if Smart is worried Jim is going to steal some of his recruits then why don't he pick somewhere in Michigan to go practice.

Harbaugh doesn't need an interpreter, he needs a therapist.

Smart is not talking about intentional but unforeseen breaking of rules because treading uncharted territory. Harbaugh needs an interpreter.
