Did This High School Kid Really Deserve A Flag For High-Stepping Into End Zone?

We're only a month into the football season and we've seen some incredibly awful penalties being called everywhere, especially in the NFL. This one comes from a high school game in Arizona last Friday between Peoria and Goodyear Desert Edge. The Peoria WR was flagged for a unsportsmanlike penalty, ejected from the game and faces a suspension for his homecoming game for "high-stepping"...
