People that live in old Metairie clearly like being inconvenienced

Apparently, it’s a thing

The more money you make, the less you have to worry about to-the-minute deadlines (like a train making you wait) and things of that nature. You make others wait

the ACC not the SEC or B1G. Their schedule is a joke and over half that league doesn't care about football.

They need to move conferences to get the caliber of player they think they should
While we’re talking about Sweden, who else heard Greta almost got taken out on the way to Hamas yesterday?

They don’t… my little niece and nephews playroom is a hopeless junk pile  get them fewer toys and they’ll play with each one more

UC Irvine was leaning into pitches, what, 25 years ago?

Not talking about that. I’m talking about guys so far out over the plate they don’t have to lean
quote:

always wonder why people compare New Orleans to Houston and Atlanta.
Those and Dallas are the closest cities with major pro sports teams… we’re not trying to compare ourselves with cities that don’t matter like Birmingham and Jackson and Shreveport and Mobile
quote:

Leaning into a pitch is an auto out... right?

They’re not leaning into pitches but pitchers can’t even work half of the plate because even if it’s a good pitch the batter raising up his arms quickly tricks the ump and they know it. Roboump might solve that though.

I mean we loved the Jordan brothers but yeah

He’s gonna come out early to get to sign the first billion dollar contract in sports history for his second contract

Then we traded CP3, Vernon Davis made that catch, and nothing has been the same since

He said he's "Not no frickin Nazi." There you have it. "Just a shirt".

THATS how we defeat cancel culture
quote:

Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, and Miami prove what’s possible with real leadership. New Orleans is a warning of what happens when corrupt, inept Progressives run the show, and it’s infuriating to watch it crumble.

Did NOLA ever have the demographics to compete? You blame progressives but other progressive cities out west are thriving. Idk if New Orleans has ever been led by a progressive. The business leaders here wouldnt allow one to win. (And removing statues doesn’t make you a “progressive” if that’s all you did)
quote:

That's called personal accountability. Batting gloves and an elbow pad is about all one needs. If you're having to wear a shin protector then maybe that batter has a swing problem.

They need to ban the elbow armor a la Barry Bonds because it gives guys no fear to stick body parts out over the plate (see Barbe and Sam Houston, the guys who get hit by pitches like they have a magnet)
quote:

That has no idea where teams will finish

We can guess though
quote:

Baton Rouge has all of the same problems, without any of the charm. Baton Rouge is honestly one of the worst cities in America. Terrible traffic, racial tensions, murder problems, rap wars, all of the culture exists to the east and the west, little history, and naturally it’s one of the ugliest pieces of country in America.

Has he ever told his side of the story

I’d be happy to let them have their land if they can be good neighbors with Israel…

Hill climbing and general off-road excursions are great. A friend took me on some Jeep club outing and that's all we did - ridiculously rocky trails. You gotta be really into that shite because it isn't particularly fun. I don't get the appeal. For 2 or 3 hours we never got over .25 MPH and it's a definite no-go if you have back problems.

I guess that is fun in that part of the country… but we’re in the swamp

The closest you’ll get are some streets in New Orleans lol
