Lets make a joke of using steroids and getting suspended. That way all future football players no it's just a joke.
And screw the rules.
The NCAA isn't going to let this kid off, it would set the precedent that steroids can be appealed.
Then they will deal with those cases on a case by case situation. The rules are there follow them
