Since "No Mercy" just apologized for a hit, looks like he needs to change his nickname.

Can someone who watches UFC tell me why this is illegal?

A fighter cannot be kicked or kneed in the head while either hand or knee are on the canvas. The reason it is illegal was evident on that shot. The grounded fighter has little chance to evade the strike. That was an illegal and unfortunate strike.

I like this dude's attitude on the situation. I would've been pissed. I hope they offer them a rematch and sterling KO's him to give that validation that he earned it.

Can anyone explain to me why UFC/MMA/Bellator is watchable? If I want to see people beat the crap out of each other I could go throw a pint between two homeless guys
