Alabama coach Nick Saban spoke to the media on Monday and said that defensive lineman Raekwon Davis will be disciplined internally for punching a Missouri player on Saturday. Per Yahoo.com:

Saban told reporters that he spoke with SEC commissioner Greg Sankey about Davis, who punched Missouri offensive lineman Kevin Pendleton several times in the fourth quarter of Alabama’s win over the Tigers.

“I visited with commissioner Sankey about Raekwon’s actions,” Saban said Monday. “We will handle that internally. We will have him do some things. I think it should affect his playing time in the future.”
Davis released a statement on Sunday apologizing for the incident.

Raekwon will not be allowed to play for 30 days. Those days will be Monday to Friday for the next 6 weeks. Hand me the keys, Raekwon.

"Davis, I'm disappointed in you. As punishment, you won't play the week before the LSU game." "But Coach, we got a bye that week!" "Exactly."

I'm sure Saban will be so tough on him, right until kickoff. Dude will miss zero playing time. Anyone else would have been ejected from the game.
