Here Was Nick Saban's Response To Brian Kelly & Scout Team Critics
Matthew Emmons-USA TODAY Sports
Nick Saban uses former players like Trent Richardson, John Parker Wilson, and Blake Sims on his scout teams. For some other coaches, like Notre Dame's Brian Kelly, this doesn't sit well. He called Saban's decision ludicrous. Here's how Saban responded...

Could have said the same when he complained about the hurry up offense, until he actually went to the spread hurry up offense. Lol

He should have said, "at least I am not killing kids at my practices".

I agree with Saban. If it's within the rules, quit complaining. If you look at Saban's track record, maybe a better idea would be to copy what he does instead of bitch about it.

There is nothing wrong with Bama busts trying to make something of themselves. There are so many of them!

Brian Kelly might wanna concentrate on his pathetic Notre Dame program. As my boy Lucas said back in the early 80's, "you're a second rate coach on a third rate team" Brian Kelly. He might wanna shut his suck and worry about his own embarrassing team.

These coaches are stepping all over themselves trying to get an advantage for their program and then get upset when somebody else does something they cant do.

I just think it is a stupid rule. You have 85 scholarship players and another 25-40 walk-ons, and you cannot find someone to run the scout team? Maybe they should shave off 10 scholarships and give them to baseball if you don't need all of those extra players on your scout teams.
