Clearly loans should be repaid.
My question is what should the interest rate be?
Banks charge interest to make a profit, is that the goal of the federal government with student loans as well? If so, should it be?

Due process for illegals sounds crazy.
However, without due process of some kind, how can we ensure that this is only happening to illegals and how can we be sure it is not happening to citizens?
I do not believe this has happened, but imagine when a democrat is back in the white house and they are in charge of grabbing people and deporting them, might they grab a citizen that opposes them?

If the student parked at the store across the street and walked to school, the school would have no jurisdiction. I would think parking anywhere that is not school property would be the same.
