Not specific to the topic, but ESPN Sports Science was a highly analytical show that would dissect game film and even tested some active athletes in an athletic lab test setting.

Herschel was the more durable football player but Bo was more electric and agile, shifty.
See the number of college carries and yards per carry in college for reference.
Herschel Walker in 3 seasons
5259 yards, 994 rushes, 5.3 yards per rush
Bo Jackson in 4 seasons
4303 yards, 650 rushes...

Heard that Henry Ruggs and Devonta Smith have both looked good and very explosive.
Also heard that Ruggs set the Bama football GPS speed record during a recent session where his speed reach 25 mph. ...

Ruggs ran 10.42 a couple (2) weeks ago.
State Meet is coming up in 5-6 days.
40 yard dash and 100m times are not perfectly correlated.....but guys that have run 10.4x in high school are the guys that have run 4.2x/ low 4.3x at the NFL Combine.

Ruggs is the best "athlete" I've ever seen in Alabama High School Sports over the past 30-35 years.
Kid is SUPER-explosive. 41 inch vertical, 4.35-4.38 speed over 40 yards and some of the SICKEST dunks you'll see in high school basketball games.
He's the best player on his high school baske...

Watch the videos. You don't see many 5'11"- 6'0" college/NBA players with his hops and catching alley-oop dunks. Kid has great explosion and agility along with hands.

Henry needs to work his lower body to strengthen his posterior chain (glutes and hamstrings). He's 1 of the few top RBs that doesn't have a muscular posterior chain.....and this is why he lacks elite burst and power in terms of the inside running game.

Assuming everyone takes care of business off the field during the offseason.
-Henry and Jones will be the traditional 1-2 RB punch
-Drake will be used in an All-Purpose role....more like a Percy Harvin in college. Similar to how he was used this year but with more touches.
