No way this happens because football players won't take a pay cut nor will institutions pay volleyball players the same... Title IX isn't going anywhere. I don't understand the obsession with the constant posting about A&M. I get it Jimbo was an arrogant prick and we dared to want better for our program by investing in NIL and signing a great class. We also paid large amounts of cash to make said prick go away and will continue to invest large amounts of money in our program. We do it because we have it. If we didn't try to use our financial well-being to improve why play at all... The transfer portal is going to be a thing going forward for ALL teams. Those players that picked a school before NIL will still choose a school for various reasons money is just now one that is on the table instead of under it. Same for why they choose to leave it. If I wanted to be on a site that was 100% Aggie coverage I would have stayed at Texags. I know we are historically a mediocre team I've never been a sunshine pumper. Can we not at least talk about some of the other schools and get info about who is hitting the portal there as well???

What no one is looking at as a deciding option is Texas who would have the worse loss out of everyone having lost to a two loss OU all the other teams in these discussions would have lost to a one loss or less team other than Texas.
