Texas A&M RB Le'Veon Moss Arrested On Disorderly Conduct Charge

Multiple sources have reported that Texas A&M running back Le'Veon Moss was arrested in College Station on Sunday on disorderly conduct charges stemming from a threat or abuse. Per SI.com:
Moss rushed 765 yards on 121 carries and scored 10 touchdowns last season.

According to Brazos County Jail Records, Aggies star running back Le'Veon Moss was arrested by the College Station Police Department on Sunday, July 13, on disorderly conduct charges stemming from threat or abuse.
Disorderly conduct is classified a Class C misdemeanor.
According to the probable cause statement obtained by KBTX, Moss allegedly “assumed a fighting posture towards an unidentified man" before threatening to assault him. He also allegedly "continued to shout at the man while craning around the officer." He also reportedly shouted obscenities at the bystander.
Moss rushed 765 yards on 121 carries and scored 10 touchdowns last season.
