The SEC upper brass needs to be raising hell. This was a pretty substantial slight to the conference and you can’t let it slide.

Maybe if make Aggies didn’t publicly grind on each other all the time they would have gotten in.

You mean like a certain LSU coach grinding on minors?

He’s right. The two wins against Arkansas and Auburn should have done it.

I guess he's saying A&M is more deserving than ND since they were the last non-qualifying in. Neither appear to distance themselves from the other, making his crying look rather pathetic.

I agree it's a tough break for the Ags but grow up. Makes him look like a whiney brat. They were on the outside looking in before the SEC tournament and wouldn't be a real contender for the NCAA championship. They should just focus winning the NIT. Now if they don't make it to NYC it'll make him look dumb.

I thought they made the tourney. Is Texas A&M-CC not the same family?

It’s interesting how football wants to get the best four teams into the playoffs, but we have automatic qualifiers in basketball make the tourney who otherwise would not have a shot. I remember LSU being in this position and seeing schools with a losing record from a weak conference get slaughtered in the first round. That’s not entertainment, and the process should be changed.

I can kinda agree. Sure the 8 straight losses were bad, but they came on at the end of the season. Half of those losses were to good teams. I'm sure the NCAA not wanting another SEC team in the tournament had something to with the decision. If that is the case, that is wrong. I can't stand A&M and know I would be ticked if it was LSU in this situation.
