-Wind sprints while holding a boxing heavy bag
-A tug-of-war style pulling of a car in neutral while sitting
-Flipping a monster truck tire continuously for 35 seconds
-Pushing a pickup truck in neutral

Looks like he's training for MMA instead of basketball. Maybe he is planning ahead in case his basketball career doesn't pan out!

Florida's Basketball S and C coach Preston Greene is an extremely good strength coach. Hes a level 5 coach under Charles Poliquin who is one of the best private S and C coaches in the world.
