Not the one I’m buying, but I played one at Gibson Garage a few months ago and have been looking for one ever since
Anyone have a banner 1942 Southern Jumbo?

I’m about to pull the trigger on one anyone have this guitar want to offer some feedback or advice. I’d have to get a pickup put in for playing live but thats not a huge deal

It really is the most bizarre thing I have ever seen as an LSU fan. No head coach in the last 50 years has been worse than McMahon (at least in the major sports). Yes, that includes Hallman who had a career SEC winning % TEN points higher than McMahon's. For the last 50 years LSU has fired numerous coaches with significantly better records of success after significantly fewer years of failure. Brady went to the Final Four and was fired 1.5 years later due to having similar results as McMahon has had in 3 of his 4 seasons at LSU. Johnny Jones had ONE awful season in 5 years. Yet, that one awful season was enough to prompt a change. Mike Archer finished No. 5 in the country in his first season as HC. Yet, all it took was 2 bad years for him to be fired. Same for Dinardo. He brought back the magic, but it wasn't enough to survive just two bad seasons. Even the greatest season in LSU football history wasn't enough to save Orgeron after 1.5 bad seasons. Paul Maineri played for a national championship in 2017. Three seasons later he was being pushed out for subpar results...despite making it to the "Sweet 16" of baseball in his final year. Smoke Laval went to 2 CWS and won nearly 60% of his SEC games. Wasn't good enough. Hell, just this school year Brian Kelly had 19 career SEC wins when he was fired mid-season, more than every school except Alabama and Geogia. Did not matter Yet, somehow, a coach who has the fewest SEC wins in the conference during his 4 year tenure, has guided his team to being the ONLY school in the conference to not reach the NCAA Tournament in 4 seasons (and not even being in contention), has the lowest SEC winning % in the 100+ years of the program, and is the first HC to have a losing record overall in 50+ years, somehow seems to have not only an unlimited degree of grace from some with decision making authority, but actual support for him "being a good coach" despite no evidence of that whatsoever.
This is quite literally the best way this has ever been put when it comes to McMahon.
re: First basketball game this year, I’ll say the in game experience is still really good.

Like I said the product on the court sucks, but the games are ran extremely well.

There is so much more for the fans and that is a fact. They gear MUCH more towards families and kids and there’s always something going on.

Even tho the product in the court sucks. It’s a better in game than football these days imo

Idk if there is that many here. Maybe 30% full
Who’s the guys sitting next to the announcer booth? Someone from lsu walked them in half way through the first half and made someone scoot over so they could sit.
Livingston parish here, but with what you describe, and working downtown, Central is the ONLY answer here
re: What’s with all the threads suddenly telling us we can’t afford to fire McMahon

I swear Matts “sources” lie to him on purpose. He was ADAMANT Kelly wouldn’t get fired.
re: Worse take over: McMahon from Wade or next coach from McMahon?

You don’t think the next coach won’t have zero committed players? It’s going to be another complete roster turnover.
Worse take over: McMahon from Wade or next coach from McMahon?

I’d argue we are going to end up far worse after McMahon, I guess (supposedly) we will have NIL money this time.
What was last nights McMoral victory?
Posted by gsvar2004 on 2/11/26 at 6:58 am
I know we have some here who are still trying to defend, so what’s the McMoral victory they are pushing this morning?

They said they don’t have SEC+, but I know for sure I’ve watched baseball games there that were on sec+
Even Walkons doesn’t care about MBB anymore.
