I've been watching football since the early 70's and have never heard most of these stadiums called this. South Carolina is Williams-Bryce, the LA coliseum is the Coliseum, Maryland is Byrd Stadium

In defense of my team, we just call it Doak not "the Doak"

No one calls it that from FSU. May "Doak" for short for Doak Campbell Stadium.

As an OU fan, Palace on the Prairie is absolutely horrid.

No one calls Clemson that...but the LSU fan that wrote this.
