“It was very thoughtful of Paul Finebaum & Laura Rutledge of the SEC Network to attend today’s memorial service in Columbiana, AL for Finebaum caller Tammy Renae Bullard & Tammy’s 3-year-old granddaughter (both Paul & Laura wanted to be there without fanfare). When something like this happens, Tide & Tiger fans unite, and a perfect example comes from the Southeastern Conference star himself: Paul says that he received a call over the weekend from Terry Saban. Miss Terry passed along condolences from both herself & Nick, & told Paul that they were there for Tammy’s family. Prayers to the world’s biggest Auburn Tigers fan from the Alabama Football first lady. That, my friend, is what class is all about. RIP Tammy- I hope Paul’s heartfelt words helped ease some of the pain of your family members, and remember that both Tide & Tiger fans are praying for you & those who love you. Here’s a big “War Eagle” to you!”
