Wasn't really a rule change. That was the rule all along. Gus got over as they usually do at JH. Take it and move on. Adjust to the rule change and prove you can actually coach.

This is only in situations where the clock would start on the referee's signal after review, aka when the clock didn't stop from out of bounds or an incomplete pass. Wouldn't have altered the kick 6.

He ask for the rule AFTER Joe has graduated! That would be another score for LSU if Joe has an extra 3 seconds. LOL!
