Harvey Updyke owes Auburn $796,731.98 for poisoning the oak trees at Toomer’s Corner. So how much of that has he reportedly paid? A whopping $99. Updyke was court ordered to pay Auburn $500 a month in December 2013. Sounds like his kid's kid's kid's kid's will be paying that from their lot of land in space.
