Should be the winners of the Power 5 conferences and 3 other at-large teams for the 8 team playoff. After SEC wins 5 NC's in a row, create the SEC only College Football Playoff.

well, 12 of the last 16 national champions have been from the SEC. So it's clear that the SEC is the overwhelmingly dominant conference. Nothing arrogant about acknowledging that. N

And there's a good chance the SEC will win 12 of the next 16. Just don't call it a National Championship if you decide to conclude the season with a SEC Championship. Call it the SEC Champion that is probably the best team in the country.
