Great bloodlines....even tempered....did well with a few 3 stars and many 2 stars...as a longtime(late 50s) LSU fan, we may be sorry...as much as I hate to say it to Gator fans....I think he will do well

That is a ULL coach if I’ve ever seen one. I could totally see him rocking an affliction shirt with a gold chain standing in line at his favorite nightclub.

I like the hire. Needs a good staff on D but he did a great job at UL-Lafayette

It is a big chance to take. He could wet the bed in FLA because it's too much, or he could prove to us why we missed out on him. However, there are several guys that we could hire that would be a more solid hire right off the bat. It's all about the odds and are you willing to take a chance. We will see in time. I hope we didn't mess up.

What is LSU's bigger loss.. 21-0 or letting Nick Saban Jr. right under their nose slip away?

Nice. If he proves himself in Florida for a few years we can hire him when Saban retires
