Top five-star quarterback Arch Manning announced his commitment to Texas on Thursday.

Manning picked the Longhorns over Georgia and Alabama.

Texas and Oklahoma are expected to join the SEC by 2025 or sooner.

This is good news for the Big 12, SEC and all of college football. He will continue the Manning tradition since 1968 of never having won a National Championship in college football highest division.
