Kirby is king in Athens, he is obviously a smart man, why would he down grade himself plus his familys life style going to the Falcons. He might listen out of being courteous to Blank, but IMHO he would not take another job anywhere.

Pretty sure Kirby already knows that the problem with the Falcons is management and not coaching.
Kirby is one of the best college recruiters in the business and that advantage goes out the window with a HC job in the NFL.
