They would be labeled as a brave trendsetter who stood up for what they believed in. They will also say that they still have emotional scars because their great great grandpa worked on a tobacco farm and sang snazzy tunes all day.

I think that emotional scars are more likely due to the fear of being shot dead by racist cops who escape punishment.

The criminals are tried, convicted and imprisoned if they survive apprehension. They can't claim that they shot because they feared for their lives--that defense is reserved for cops who mistake cell phones for guns.

Pretty much spot on. Blacks can call each other, and whoever else they want to, "****" and call whites "cracka" but if a white person dares breathe the word, all hell breaks loose. It's just silliness and a way double standard, but the word police are everywhere. I hope the pendulum swings the other way soon. I can't take much more of this PC shite.

It's not about whether or not it's ok for a white person to say. It isn't. The question is whether or not expulsion is in order for a guy who said it while drunk, off campus, to another white person... as opposed to chanting **** **** **** with a bull horn on North Campus everytime a black person walks by. Big difference. The other question is why the whole chapter of TKE has been suspended despite the fact this was off campus, not on TKE property, and not at a TKE event. Just a random drunk jackass who happens to be a TKE, so the whole fricking chapter suspended.
