Yeah, we don't have do deal with the realities of landfalling storms the same way they do in the Gulf, but with the counterclockwise rotation, the eye being to the west means the incoming "dirty" side hitting Tuscaloosa to its east means it's going to be UGLY.

I never realized how many people are hovering around the paranoid schizophrenic spectrum or clearly on the paronoid schizophrenic spectrum prior to social media and message boards This is the kind of thing that if you said in public or around a group of people, you'd get crazy looks and people would wonder if you were a mass shooter. But on the internet, you can find others who validate your craziness and reinforce it.

In North Alabama rain started about midnight. 1 3/4" so far and wind is steady but maybe 15-20 mph. Weatherman says rain all day and wind may pick up in the afternoon but it's moving to the west and north. My new roof was installed Monday so we are ok. Old roof was maybe 50 years old and the shingles were thin and loose.

I'm in Birmingham and it looks like the worst of it was through around 2-3am. Just a small drizzle now. Looks like it lost a shite ton of momentum after landfall. All should be perfectly fine for the game thankfully
