Wasn't there a game against GT, in the 2nd half of CMR's career where Tech had the ball and Richt wanted it back late in the game, so the DL just parted on the goal line and let Tech walk into the endzone to save time on the clock?

I can't remember which year that was. Can anyone help?

2010 is the year but you’ve got the teams backward.

Dawgs were up 1 so Johnson had Tech’s defense allow Ealey (I think) to score. Dawgs go up 8 and the score finishes there when Tech threw an INT in the final minute.

Thanks!

Had to believe that it's going to be 10 years since that miserable season. I was at the game in Columbia when Lattimore ran for almost 200 yards and we lost. I knew it was going to be a long season after that.

I don’t remember that game but I do remember doing it in Knoxville and winning. Believe it was the game where Chubb has his injury and Murray put the team on his back and won it late.

I was there too. It was like watching a game on the surface of the sun. We couldn't stop the run, but I still think that game goes differently if Ealey doesn't fumble at the goal line down by 8 in the 3rd quarter.

Yeah, I remember that game. I stopped cheering when I realized the Tech players didn't try to tackle him. Damn that evil genius.

Worst part was watching Ealey celebrate like he just broke 30 tackles against the 85 bears in the Super Bowl

I was at the Arkansas game.

I love Bobo as much any Georgia fan ever, but watching him run four verts on 3rd and 2 in opposing territory in a tie game with like 3 minutes left is still one of the most baffling play calls I’ve ever seen.

I thought that season would last forever

That was not a fun year. Ealey also had a goal line fumble in the Miss State game that played a big part in losing that one.

shite, we lost to Moo State? I must've blocked that from my memory. 2010 was one for the record books, and not in a good way.

Yes we went 1-4 to start off. Close loss to UF and of course to Auburn and then UCF.
