This. We tried to play nice with the AJ Green situation by suspending him and the NCAA still slapped him with a 4 game suspension. You can count on the Georgia athletic department cutting its nose to spite its face.

Auburn and FSU dared the NCAA to make it stop and we invited them down and bent over. We even plan to give the courtesy reach around.

The NCAA is in a tough spot right now, I don't think they would be eager to go after a player for profiting from his own likeness. Good thing our athletic department is doing everything they can to help the NCAA out. Maybe Gurley will be cleared to play by Tech week?

Why do we constantly screw ourselves? We aren't winning anything that matters without Gurley anyway, so why not just go with it? We certainly aren't taking any moral high ground here.
