Edwards was a superb and electric athlete, but I think Newell is a more complete, well rounded player.

Would be disappointing if they weren’t. This team needs to tighten up the turnovers, fouls and 3 point shooting and we can make a serious run. Getting Montgomery next week should be huge for the depth behind Demary and Lawrence as well.

Went tonight. Seeing Newell and Godfrey on the floor together is something. Cyril is going to be a problem for other teams down the stretch. This team is a lot of fun to watch

Assist to TO’s was elite tonight, I agree 3’s need to improve. Blue needs to play better. He’s been in a funk. I also think our offense plays better through our forwards. A lot to season left. Looks promising! Go Dawgs!

This is a team that could not only make the playoffs but I believe they could play with anyone. This team could beat Auburn, Tennessee or Kentucky. This is the type of team no o e will want to play by years end. Having two guys 6'11 plus that play as well as Cyril and Newell is a nightmare for other teams.

I’m gonna temper my expectations just a tad because the SEC is the best conference this year and it’s not even close. I agree with a lot of what you said. Having our 4 big men along with experienced SEC caliber guards allows UGA to do a lot. Teams will fear attacking us in the post. We need to get better at 3 pointers. We also tend to fall asleep on the perimeter at times and that will cost you against elite teams. An NCAAT appearance would be enormous.

Excited to see our boys back in action after a 2 week break for finals. Hopefully they don’t come out flat. Can’t sleep on Grand Canyon. Also, excited to see how we utilize Montgomery. Need to get him some good minutes to get him up to game speed heading into the SEC schedule

Hope so. Tough going to a new gym to play a game after a long break. Although, Auburn made it look easy there

I can’t watch tonight. Doing the Christmas stuff with my family. Following along and it appears to be kind of a sluggish 1st half. This was expected giving the long break. Still leading by double digits though.
