Bobo is to Kirby as Martinez was to Richt. To close of friends to make a change. Kirby might as well have said he doesn’t care anymore whether they are elite or just competitive in the Bama post game press conference. He said it is now about his family and what they think of him as a father and husband and doesn’t care about outside criticism. Seems like he has lost the edge that he had from 17-22. Still a top tier program manager but not as passionate as before.
