He went into this game shooting 54% from the FT line. That’s worst on the team.

With 1 minute left in the game, Auburn kept fouling him.

The freshman sunk 7/8 in the last minute

Not to mention most of them were 1 and 1 FT shots.

Him and Wheeler should be fun 3-4 year players.

Hell yes he was clutch. When he went to the line for the first 1 and 1 I’ll admit I was expecting the worst. Kid came through in a huge way.

Let us know when the UGA basketball program is again capable of making the NCAAs or better yet, being truly relevant on the national stage.

We're at 5 years for the former (2015) and 37 years for the latter (1983).

Let us know when you're an actual fan of UGA sports and not just a bandwagon/fair weather fan.

How little do you follow the program if you can't even remember back to the harrick years?

I don't count vacated playoff runs.

WTF did college basketball have playoffs? And you’re stupid AF if you truly believe Harrick was a bar coach.

I've suffered through the ups and downs of the football program but let's face it...UGA is to basketball what UK is to football. They dream of being what we have been in football but it will never come to pass for them. But ditto for us with basketball.

Why bother with a program that will field a serious contender once every 35 or 40 years? Life is too short.

Ummm....I think you know what I meant.

And no, Harrick was a fine coach. But unfortunately he had his son doing some stuff that ultimately brought the show down.

When we finally get our own Pitino or Calipari - and can keep such a person around - we'll be relevant. But until that day, we'll be second tier in the basketball world.

You basically just said, “We shouldn’t care about our program unless we are good”

I care about the program more than I should. Harrick was a scum bag. We went one step up and two steps back with him.
