Went back and re-watched it over and over. It was a thing of beauty. Maybe the best blocking we have done all year. Cash Jones led like a 240 pound full-back. For your viewing pleasure scroll to the 1:45 mark

Not to nitpick but that was Chaz not cash jones at upback.

You're right about the blocking though. We have a QB that everyone on earth knew wouldn't (and couldn't) throw the ball. We bring in a linebacker to be a lead blocking fullback. There is zero disguising or trickery and everyone in the building knows we're handing it off and running up the middle. But it still worked flawlessly. Great job up front

Dude has gotten a lot a hate from the fan base but has probably been 1 of if not the MVP this year.

Chaz sealed that hole off. This was football for 100 years, you can know it's coming and still not stop it.

The Information, beat your assignment, football still works.

He has definitely done well this year. I think guys like Chaz are a picture perfect example of how staying your whole career somewhere and developing and improving can help you immensely instead of transferring eveyr off season.

My favorite thing about Beck coming back out on the field after Gunner's helmet came off after that gnarly hit was that Texas didn't load the box. It's not like they thought that Beck was going to throw it with that gimpy arm.

We ran it right down their damned throats and it was a thing of beauty, indeed.

Their lbs sat there and waited for the ball like we were going to go play action

We all know Beck is done now but they had no way to be sure in the moment even with him jogging out was his arm limp.

Eitherway, love the fact we just out physical led them when it mattered.

I thought he looked a lot bigger than Cash, but I called myself looking up his Jersey number on the roster. Maybe Chaz swapped numbers or I looked at it wrong.

That play worked well because Chaz sealed off the left side and Yurosek sealed off the right side with the LB.

Created the perfect little tunnel for ETN

Chaz has really developed into a good player.. I saw multiple times last year him getting blown up, couldn’t seal an edge to save his life! He’s really worked on his hand work, and ability to be engaged with a block, see the play, and make a play!

32 still looks small during special teams so I guess Chaz?

Chaz has really developed into a good player.. He’s been a good player for years. It looks like he’s “earned the right” to rush the passer now tho.

What does it sat about Beck that he was “ out for the game” at half time, having to process an injury that could cost him the rest of the season and possibly career and he was engaged enough to be able to go into the game on very short notice with his pads still on and ready tp go?

That whole last sequence is legendary. I think when we look back that Gunner had that gusty run Beck comes in and toughs it out just for us to ram it down their throat is some freaking warrior stuff.
