#UGA LB Coach Kirk Olivadotti would be obvious in-house candidate for DC job. Impressive resume. Easier transition? @680_The_Fan

Kirby has a very big problem with our S&C program.

That being said, the HC job at Georgia is his dream job. If he interviews for the DC job and we make an attractive offer, he knows that if he turns it down he will most likely never be the head man in Athens.

I'll see what I can find out for y'all.

Oh and Dallas he's only a couple years older than me. I'm 35.

If he brings cochran then problem solved. I hope our admin/staff's propensity to hold on to friends doesn't frick this up. If Kirby wants to change it then please for the love of god let the man change it.

Hinesville if Kirby comes he isn't the only one from Bama y'all are getting

His best friend in the frickING WORLD is Bama's superstar S&C coach Scott Cochran and if he indeed is also named the HCiW I'm almost positive the S&C staff would be immediately gutted and Scott Cochran would follow Kirby

I'm not getting my hopes up. I would love for him to come back to UGA but he has a good gig and there is alot to be said for that. However, if he does come.

I know Kirby is a big fan of Scott. The rub is when and if he can get him to Athens considering who runs our S&C now.

If Richt could demote his butt buddy VanHalanger then idk why we can't get JT II to do the same. He was retired after his first stint in the friggin 80's idk why they'd fight this now when it's clearly an upgrade. Even if we didn't hire Cochran I'd want them to explore a new S&C staff. And no, that's not based off of the injuries.

Vanhalanger was more of a move for health reasons more than Richt having the nuts to demote him.

The stuff about the rub being Kirby bringing his S&C staff. And I didn't mean shite negatively, just realized my previous post came off doubting. I'm all believing here.

I know Kirby. We were at Georgia together. I know the first time he flirted with us that it was a big deal.

Coach T recruited me and I don't see him just stepping aside. Incredibly competitive guy. But I haven't heard anything. Yet. So as of right now, it's completely speculative.
