Smart is making more than twice what Bobo is making now. It stands to reason to lure him from UA we would have to pay more.
What then to pay Bobo? Certainly a lot more.
We could very well end up with the highest paid staff in the conference.

What is the problem with asking this question??
Seems like a reasonable/logical question to me. If in fact Kirby Smart is coming home, I can't help but wonder if there isn't more going on behind the scenes than it appears. For instance, there might be an understanding that Richt will retire at the end of his current contract and Smart takes over as HC. Bobo gets and nice raise in the process.
