Are you sure?

Others might disagree.

"Others", including your coach, may be setting their sights too high. They should focus on beating teams like Vanderbilt and BYU. Even bugs have to crawl before they can fly.

Haven't heard definitively either. Seems like the charges could be dropped with a good attorney. Walmart self-checkout is really chaotic. I rarely shop at Walmart but going to make sure it's obvious that I scanned all my items next time.

So apparently Richard Seymour’s son was charged with 131 counts of criminal property damage per Clarke Co…. Wtf lol felony counts

That number was a misprint. I think it was actually 11.

Damage to property exceeding $500 is criminal damage second degree.

Apparently not seeing as they took a plea.

I can't decide if campus police were being dickheads about it. One one hand they could have claimed that the doors were less than $500 apiece, which means the charges wouldn't have been felonies. But on the other hand they could've made it second degree criminal interference to government property charges, which probably would have made it worse.

I dunno, dude. Seems like most people are happy to have a diversion from normal life that’s moderately successful. Seems like a good way to be happy.

But people here are always unhappy and they fight each other, even when they win. Maybe the life they are getting a diversion from is the issue.

There is no such charge.

Damaging government property in any dollar amount is interference with government property and is a felony.

Criminal damage second degree and interference with government property each have the same possible sentence. One isn't any worse than the other.

I didn't say there was. They didn't charge Seymour with criminal interference with government property. That was my point.

I've see plenty of dissent on tech boards despite the fact that dissent is controlled much more than here.

It goes without saying that tech folks are generally happier. Their lives are much better than they were back in India or China.

GT is one of 3 teams in the ACC that don't have a men's soccer team. If they started one, I bet there'd be more people in the stadium than one of their football games.
