Not a fan, but I do appreciate his passion for UGA.
He is not an orator like the greats. He presses with lines like "it's Chubby time!" Sounds like something he tells his wife.
And that yelling makes him sound like a blithering idiot.
Having said that, I think he is much better at basketball.

I like him mostly. HaydenYT’s YouTube videos sync Scott’s calls to the TV highlights and I enjoy checking those out after watching the game live.

I like Scott. I always enjoyed his color announcing with Larry Munson going back to the early 90's. It only made sense that he took over. I think the team with he and Eric Z are really good. Once cable TV went digital I don't listen to radio broadcast at the same time since they are out of sync. I'm also trying to recall who did color for Larry and I seem to remember it was just Larry and Loran on the sidelines.

THis is easily fixable. The radio broadcast is on a much longer delay than the TV broadcast, buy about 15 seconds. With the ability to pause, rewind, and fast forward live TV now, it's pretty easy to get synched up. Even if it is 1 or 2 seconds off, it still beats the garbage you get from the TV broadcasters.

I would despise listening to him as a neutral. But as a Georgia fan, I love it.
