Chubb, he is slower but reminds me of Chubb.
The similarities in running style are incredible. Bowens even starts pedalling his feet faster before making a cut just like Chubb, and once he hits his full stride he also runs like Chubb, except without the same burst.

That’s who Kirby/Bobo decided to use on 4th and 1 against Alabama tonight.
and according to Kirby, will continue to use 10 out of 10 times. This is the exact reason I think it's immaterial whether we make the playoffs or not. If we do make them this trenchant reasoning by Kirby and Bobo won't take us very far.

Move Dillon Bell to running back if we’re not gonna throw to him anymore.
Makes too much sense to use a guy good at catching, running, speed and has shown he can serve as a serviceable back. That's something Monken would have done, but certainly not Bobo. Bobo is a Cash man. Bobo HAS to go after this season. It's absolute insanity to keep him around. Heck promote him to an Admin. job, but get him away from play calling.

Our rotation at running back and receiver is nauseating
Especially at RB. I've never understood it and I never will.

As far as I’m concerned our rb rotation should be as follows.
Bowens rb 1. Looks like best back on team regardless of Frazier’s fumbles. Bulk of carries. Decent receiver as well. Could possibly stay in on 3rd and long.
McCray is hell in short yardage. Idk if it’s playbook or what but that’s what he seems relegated to at the moment. Nate’s fumbling issues may provide McCray more traditional opportunities.
I love Phillips but I think he’s a 5 carry per game gadget guy mostly. Ideally he picks up pass pro and receiving and can essentially turn into Cash Jones but with elite speed.
Frazier. Honestly even without the fumbles I think he’s behind Bowens. He’s not as physical. Probably has more pure speed but he rarely ever shows it because he can’t make a safety miss or cuts the wrong way. Nate I think has the most athletic total package potential on the team but with the fumbles I’m not giving him more than about 7 carries per game until he proves he won’t put it on the ground.

Agree with most of this. Bowens in an NFL RB. Frazier can/could be good but he has to protect the ball better. Still not giving up on him. I think he’ll get another opportunity soon. True test for these RB’s and o-line will be @ Auburn. We’ll see,

Kirby is just looking out for the little guy. It's socialism applied to football. Let's keep the best players on the bench and give everyone a chance to lose.

I absolutely swear this thought has briefly crossed my mind before. I don't really believe it but I mean sometimes that seems to be the only real explanation. London humphries is probably not even one of the eight or nine most talented receivers we have yet he plays a lot, and he had a crucial drop earlier in the game in knoxville. Then with the entire game on the line on 4th down not only is he in the game but he gets the ball. Obviously he caught it so everyone is pumped and all ends well. Then we have last week. Cash Jones trips up and everyone is pissed. So here again it's crunch time game is absolutely on the line and what do we do? Throw it to cash again. There is a teeny tiny minute part of me that thinks that Kirby just loves an underdog story like Stetson and almost tries to give people a redemption arc just for the sake of the story. But I mean surely that's outlandish right..

Nick Saban said something on Gameday prior to the Bama game that relates to the disastrous Cash Jones 4th and one call.
Saban said that the valuable lesson he learned as an assistant coach was to not think of plays, but instead think of players, in the most crucial situations.
Now would be a good time for Kirby to learn that.

Bobo to GM, Kirby back to defensive gameplanning, new NFL OC since these guys are pros now & have the time to learn a more complex NFL offense

Cash Jones trips up
Your overall Post may be outlandish, but this point is certainly disingenuous. Cash didn’t trip up, he was tripped by their D-lineman who was barely touched by our RT. He made a hell of a stiff arm and had he gotten at least a half assed blocked by our O–line it’s very feasible to say the play would have worked.

All the Bobo haters and Head Coach wannabes are going to downvote you for daring to post the truth about that play.
