Kirby is a recruiter, not a gameday coach. I've tried to deny it, but our continued struggles against inferior talent prove it.

MSU has 49 scholarship players right now.

Retarded take. His inability to find and keep a quality QB is our one and only problem.

Nope. I’m busy watching this shite offense. Fields would have thrived here.

Fields quit UGA. Newman used UGA and got hype to bump his draft status. Neither should be mentioned here. Bennet walked on and left and came back to compete. Mathis came to compete and stuck it out after having his brain sawed on, Beck came to compete, Daniels came across the country to compete with a bum knee, and Brock is coming to compete. It's time for the QB room to get tough and compete and let the best man stand behind center.

I thought the kid playing QB for them looked legit, a freshman.

Good Lord some of y'all are insane. When has Kirby ever picked the wrong qb?

16- Eason was far better than lambert so he got worked in slowly and took over quickly, same as stafford.

17- there was no choice since fromm was leading the team and playing well by the time Eason finally came back in mid October

18- fromm earned the job over the true freshman fields and if people don't have selective memory would remember that fields honestly looked pretty lost in most of the passing plays he was in. He then decided before the season even ended to run away.

19- due to fields petulance he never got the chance to compete to start this season so ther was no other option besides fromm

20- brought in the top grad transfer who bailed on us in August. Brought in daniels who wasn't healthy. Had to pick between 2 crappy options half the season until daniels got healthy and clearly chose correctly as bennett was far better than mathis

So I'd looove to hear all these different times Kirby has chosen wrong according to you, and "but but fields!" isn't am actual answer. What fields does in a shite league now has zero relevance to his position at uga in 2018.

I understood what our defense was trying to do but I was still screaming at the LBs to come up 2 steps before every snap. Playing man with our DBs would have resulted in a dozen long TD passes. When State had a 3rd and long we had 6 on the line and pressured the QB into poor throws.

We should have had 2 maybe 3 picks but their Freshman QB was pretty darn accurate overall.

But there isnt one person on that UK defense that would start for us except that big DL (Bohanna) I believe

Plus they faced Costello and not a true freshman.

Jordan Davis cant get back soon enough along with Lecounte and I pray to God Davis comes back next year and if we get extremely lucky, maybe Lecounte

Maybe with Monken. Oh, and he still threw more INTs the other day than he has in his career because Indiana knew he has trouble reading defenses that disguise what they're doing pre-snap. That's always been the one knock on him.
