I thought the bullet was pretty obviously planted. Had no bone fragments but had wood particles from when it was shot through the wall.

I think it was the older Dassey.

I agree that they should look at the older Dassey brother. He had some really dark searches on his computer. Actually, dark may be too sanitized - it was some really fricked up sh*t. And didn’t a witness see him follow her car when she left Avery’s? Just not sure how the stepdad fits in though.

The cop car battery left in the planted Rav4 points to an official conspiracy. So does the fact that a DCI special agent was moonlighting as an Auto Trader photographer before Teresa Halbach assumed that position.

$36,000,000 is a lot of money. Killing Avery's civil lawsuit was strong motivation.

They are trying to suggest an entire DA system and multiple police departments set him up because he got off on his previous rape case. Every single piece of evidence suggest that their only possible perp is Avery. They try to point at other possible people on the land but none of that adds up and there no evidence to suggest anyone else could have done it. Avery called the woman to his property. She went missing on his property. Was found dead in his yard. OJ would be embarrassed by this level of stupidity. Avery has previous issues in his past and he's in prison where he belongs.

I’ll ask you again to explain how he stabbed her to death in the bedroom yet not one single drop of blood was found in the room. There’s enough reasonable doubt to retry this case.

Yep. I'm shocked by how many people think that demon freak is innocent.

People that think he's innocent
-his parents (who are also 1st cousins with each other)
-his lawyers (drama-queen Johnny Cochran wannabes that get paid to think hes innocent)
-people that got hooked on a documentary series (that's designed to hook people, or else nobody makes any money off the series)

People that think he's guilty
-his entire town and community
-everyone that's ever met or come into contact with him
-most of his own family
-people with non-shitty instincts

Tonight at 8pm
"Leaving Neverland" Part 1 - the new Michael Jackson bombshell documentary.

NOt sure if it'll live up to hype, but it's suppose to be pretty bold. HBO trying to win back their documentary audience from Netflix by getting more hard-hitting or something.

The Jackson estate has been trying to stop this one and doing some big time damage control in preparation for the release. Buckle up.

JD writes nonsense even when he isn't typing gibberish.

The forensic experts at Microtrace laboratories have proved that Avery's DNA said to have been found on the Rav4 vanity key and on the Rav4 hood latch couldn't have been deposited by touch. The quantity of DNA was over ten times as much as could be left even if those items were fondled for a long time. The expert concluded that the DNA on those items likely came from buccal cheek swabs.

According to an expert forensic anthropologist, the quantity of bones said to have been found in Avery's burn pit accounted for less than 10% of a human body. Burned human bones with the same amount of charring as those said to have come from Avery's burn pit were recovered from three different locations in the Manitowoc County gravel quarry.

The burned human quarry bones were feloniously disposed of in 2011 by Norman Gahn and Tom Fallon. For the last three years Gahn and Fallon have been claiming that those bones were still in evidence. Gahn and Fallon were recently caught in their lie thanks to a FOIA filing.

Kathleen Zellner won her latest appeal court filing re the destroyed bone evidence. Wisconsin "justice" is on the ropes.

All the forensic experts and anthropological whatnot experts that Cochran got for OJ said it couldn't have been him either. But, OJ was guilty as sin too.

Still, you can watch documentaries on YouTube that frame OJ's case in such a way to make it seem like maybe there could be more to the whole thing...……...but then you remember, that documentaries use wizardry and can make you think anything is possible, and so your instincts kick in (for people that have them, that is) and then you realize it's all horse shite.

Oh no!!!!! I may look "silly" for not believing a biased, one-sided, dishonest documentary!!!

That's not possible.

I'm not on a jury. I'm not an investigator. I'm just someone that watched a TV show that doesn't have the info necessary to come to a conclusion definitively either way...…and so I'm giving an opinion.

Besides, even if it did get over-turned, that doesn't mean he isn't guilty.

No forensic expert in the O.J. case ever said that it couldn't be him. The only thing that those experts did was attempt to critique the state's methodology in gathering and preserving evidence.

Same difference? That isn't true at all. Some experts claimed that the state's O.J. evidence might not be reliable, not that there was reliable evidence proving innocence.

Your imprecision reveals fuzzy thinking.

‘Fuzzy thinking’ is when someone can’t remember difference between watch and warning. And suggests mongotard name replacements as solution. In its own thread.

‘Same difference’ just means that lawyers can find so-called ‘experts’ to testify about lots of things, but you have to examine what they are claiming. And not just believe something because word ‘expert’ is thrown out.
