8-4. This reminds me of the 2015 UGA team. Gonna be a few years before we can build the depth back up. Not sure if it will ever be like it was a few years ago. CFB is shifting to a 10-2 / 9-3 season which is equivalent of a 12-0 / 11-1 season with the original conference alignment and pre NIL. Not sure I’m coping with the new world order. Gonna take a minute.

First you bet against your own team before we played Tennessee and bragged about it, and now your default reaction after we lose to fricking Alabama again is to fire up the Georgia Sports Board and gloat about losing. You ended up starting two threads that devolved into Georgia fans gloating after a Georgia loss.

You are a serious fricking fruit loop!

Amen.

Like any of us are happy about this and didn’t wish Cash got an extra step. That play was open.

I don’t mind people bitching about coaches or decisions. I do it all the time. But to constantly be miserable about the team unless we lose…so you can then get your day in the sun is so fricking weird.

I think what he’s saying is there are a growing number of supporters who think we have a fundamental issue with coaching and certain aspects of our team, and anytime that’s brought up, some posters call them “kunts” or something. So when we do lose with those issues it’s not happiness, it’s more okay do you see what I’m saying now? You straw manning this into gloating is simply avoiding the conversation.

Are you dumb or just stupid?

Betting has nothing to do with your favorite team.

This is exactly what it is.
I remember this board through 2010-2015.

It was exactly the same way when we got on here and bitched about Richt. Most of the people here that are defending Bozo, defended that man too. And when we fired him, people got on here and said “the negadawgs finally got rid of a good Christian man”.

It’s the same issue with bobo but insert “damn good dawg” instead of good Christain man.

There are some posters on this board that see we are not perfect, when we comment we are replied to by the disneys “oh I guess you know more than Kirby” it’s Richt “arena” speech all over again. You do not have to be a former/current/whatever college football OC to see that the two biggest plays that were dialed up were total idiotic
Play calls. And this happens ALL the time with bobo. Last week against Tennessee? He called pretty good game.

This week, his offense put up 21 points when we were averaging 7 yards per carry and completely abandoned what was working. This is what we “nega” dawgs mean when we say our issue isn’t that Bobos offense doesn’t put up points. It’s that he has no feel for the game. It’s that he will inevitably have 3/4 plays in crucial moments that make you go what the frick was that.

Kirby set the standard, it’s time he started following it.

You and others are using a lot of words to insist that Kirby must do something. You seem highly confident that you understand the problems better than anyone, including Kirby Smart, so give us the solution. Do exactly what?

Well let’s start off with the obvious shall we?

This is now what the second year in a row or defense has looked lost, unprepared and cannot generate any type of pass rush to effect the quarterback.

This is also the second year in a row that we have had the oopsies it hit us in the worst possible area our hands and our WRs keep dropping them.

So even if we don’t just rip the bandaid off by getting rid of both coordinators, we at least should take a good hard look at position coaches.

If the standard is excellence, follow the process, etc. those two groups right there have failed.

Not enough info. You're insisting Kirby take action by taking "a good hard look at position coaches" and coordinators. I'd suggest he does that continuously before and after he hires them. He's let coaches go in the past. He'll do it again when he thinks it's warranted.

What do you want Kirby to do right now to uphold the standard he set?

Fire our position coaches. The two that were listed.

If it was up to me, I’d have him fire the OC and DC as well.

What coaches has Kirby let go? I’ve never known him to fire anyone.

Keep Kirby obviously.

Change up coaching philosophy on general. We don't have time to develop talent anymore. Need to portal up in a big way every year to get game ready guys. Branch is a great example of this. The days of recruiting and development are over.

Any Georgia fan who bets against Georgia or who doesn't see a problem with betting against Georgia is a lost cause and so far out there in fricking left field that they can't be reasoned with.

You are a lost cause and you are way out there in fricking left field.

Which of the NC teams did you play or coach on?

At least one coordinator and at least one coach left by "mutual agreement".

So you think Kirby should fire Searels and Coley and Schumann and Bobo, today?

There is a big difference in betting against the money line versus betting against the spread or picking an over/under.

Has Ga covered a spread all year?

0.

The same amount that he has.
Notice I said he has zero national championships with any meaningful coaching job. As in Oc or a position coach.

Don’t try to move the goalposts with me, it won’t work.

Yes that is exactly what I said.

But I would start with position coaches, the re evaluate within two years. If the problems are still there, then it could possible be a scheme issue. That’s when the OC/DC should be shown the door.

The problem is, we’ve already missed that mark with our position coaches last year. We will more than likely make the playoffs and get bounced again, and it will be another off season of the Disneys saying “ya can’t win the national championship every year” be thankful.

And then the rest of us will go dormant until the season starts to bitch about the same things we’ve been bitching about since 2023.
