Unfortunately he isn't

Uh, they should. Not sure why anyone thinks Oline has been good at all
When Morris and Freeling went out, the five O linemen on the field had 2 career starts coming into this season. Offense kept on rolling anyway.
Offense is averaging over 200 rushing yards in SEC play. Stocton's been sacked once in the last 2 games.
If we can get healthy and stay healthy, the sky is the limit.

I like our chances if we see Bama again in the Benz.
This team is going to continue to tighten up as we go down the stretch.

I mean…I wouldn’t go that far. The right side was a turnstile against TN and missed the block that tripped up Cash against Bama. Can’t help injuries but they haven’t given Gunner much time in pass pro.
I should have rephrased my original statement. They have been solid at times with run blocking. Pass protection has been sketchy at times. Overall though, better than last year.

Agreed.
I was there in person today. The O-line looked really good.

Agreed, but in our biggest games with have had the biggest whiffs
At Tenn the right side got manhandled like I have never seen, thank god we could run against them. I watch Uni just stick his arm out 3 straight plays. Injuries are the main source but you can’t just say well we are injured therefore we can’t assess the overall play without it baked in too.
And don’t get me started on the 4th and 1 last week with Cash
The talent other than the OLine kept us in all of these games. I have never seen us this bad on Oline since the Catalina Wine Mixer experiment

220 rushing yards and Gunner was sacked once in the game you're referencing.
But I get it. If Kirby would ever play the exact right players and hire the exact right assistant coaches, one day we'll win every game 65-7 and you will finally be able to find some joy in being a Georgia football fan.

And who won the game? And who lost after running that stupid play?
It doesn’t matter if you rush for a thousand yards in the game, if you lose because of plays like that who gives a frick that you had a thousand yards?

Offensive line is one of the main reasons we lost that game. Got it. You win. Seriously, you win!

Come on man I doubt that Saban himself would expect 100% perfection. It was a critical play & Alabama has 5 star DTs that stepped up. Sometimes that happens.
It doesn't take away the 200+ yards we rushed for & all the great blocking that kept us in the game to begin with. SS has been earning his check the last few weeks

It makes no sense. I doubt there’s any defensive scheme Kirby and staff don’t know …..so it’s either the calls or the players can’t beat their man.
This is why WG_Dawg thinks Kirby should be fired.

So now I am calling for perfection?
Or am I calling for us to be good and not some mid major level team with our high level of recruiting?
We will get better because we are young and nowhere to go but up with game experience, but I believe we will always be hindered by Searels

We're pretty clearly good - 200+ yds a game in SEC play in spite of a ton of youth & injuries. And already MASSIVELY improved from last year.

Yes, you pretty much are

I'll tell ya why...because some fans actually have a football IQ and can see it while others, like yourself, don't or they are so negative that they don't want to see it or they are not looking for it because they only wanna see the bad because that is what they have conditioned themselves to do. Simple as that....

O-Line has been solid all year imo. Today was good to see the young guys get better after a few injuries.
The right side only started the last 2 games. There has been rotation across the line all season with the exception of Bobo at center. The starters moving on should be...
LT. Monroe Freeling
LG Micah Morris
C Drew Bobo
RG Dontrell Glover
RT Juan Gaston
When Ernest Green gets healthy he should provide depth. It's the young guy getting better moving forward.
