As with many of my topics, this one may die on the vine because not many people waste their time reading old threads. But GoldenDawg did a very nice job of trolling our few Tech visitors in the opening weekend of 2014. The topic was how StingTalk responded while watching our game against Clemson, which we won 45-21. UGA had 328 rushing yards, led by Todd Gurley with 15 carries for 198 yds. Here's GoldenDawg's opening salvo, which he followed up with some nice shots throughout the thread.

We did end up losing to GT that year, 30-24 in OT, after Gurley's season ended a couple of weeks earlier due to a torn ACL against Auburn, which proves you can't read too much from the opening games. They've beaten us once since then, in 2016. Nevertheless, part of the fun of modern cfb is reading the reactions of fans on the internet. From that perspective, opening weekend is the best reading of the year.
