I'd say being up by 28 is good at half. 45 is a little outrageous, but we should win by more than 45

inexcusable imo.

We should smash them on the ground and through the air. This is game 3, the Oline should be beginning to take shape. No reason for Chubb et all to get hit behind the line of scrimmage. We should be able to run at will.

If not I Will continue to worry about Offensive progress and Chaney.

This is a sandwich game between ND and Miss St. It shouldn't be surprising to anyone if we come out a bit flat early.

So you expect us to beat them by 45 when we have never even scored 40 points under Chaney?

Prepare to be disappointed.

if we cant run against Samford, then we know our OL isn't much better then last years.

FIFY

All jokes aside, the OL is the fundamental aspect of any offense. The OL can either give your RB's enough space to get 3.5 yards per carry or they can't. The OL can either give your QB enough time to complete a pass to your receivers or not. If I had to pick one basic aspect that will improve this team the most, it would be learning how to block. And I'm not just talking about the OL; blocking also includes the entire support cast at the point of attack.

And yes, we will beat the crap out of Samford but after seeing Auburn's defense vs Clemson, I much more concerned about that game.

Auburn has a good defense, but I believe ours is better. And we have a HC that has faced Auburn as a D.C. for years so he has a good feel for what they will try and run in offense.
