Florida and Texas already have no state income tax period, so if you want to wheel and deal, you have to take that into account. It's already an often-discussed topic in pro-sports when two teams get into a bidding war in free agency.

The state already has a sales tax. Why not just eliminate state income tax, and instead of finding another revenue source to make up the difference, stop wasting money on bullshite and make up the difference that way?
