basically
in my defense they asked overrated which implies that they are good in the first place but possibly just thought to be too good. so, if you do some mental gymnastics, i actually paid them both compliments. you're all witnesses.

I can't really argue with anything you said. Just that I really hope some sort of light comes on this year in regards to big games. He should be able to get some confidence from that wretched Clemson defense and carry that in to South Carolina and their depleted LB corps and secondary.

i think you're right and he'll carve that tater secondary (i love how cock fans call them taters) and that should bode well for confidence. as you said, i get the idea that if murray can finally come into a game with the magnitude of a USCe or UF and for once he comes out there with confidence as well as competence and we win then i can see him riding that for an entire year. honestly it's just the turnovers. it's not like he's a terrible all the time, it's just these big games he has like 3 on his own and it crushes his confidence and we then see him over throw 5 yard routes.
it's frustrating because he's so damn close to having the mindset where he's cool like greene. greene didn't have near the talent murray does but a turnover didn't send greene reeling for an entire quarter of cold play. if murray can just develop that QB memory where he forgets he did it all the while learning from it then he'll fist pump his way to ATL and possibly NYC. it's these 3 int games that are holding him back and that's about it

Mitchell is a freakish athlete, but his stats don't match up...I'd kind if have to agree.
He needs to have a breakout season for sure. While giving him work on defense made sense at the time, it might well have slowed his progress on offense.

I think Drew is a victim of system where he wasn't going to pass anyone on the depth chart senior to him no matter what. Gurley was the exception. I will put anything on it Drew have a monster year
and on that note from the production of the offense last year i can't say anyone is overrated. On D i will have to wait and see with all the new starters.

I feel like it's Kenarious Gates.
Anytime a freshman gets playing time, the expectations seem to go through the roof.
He was supposed to be a huge contributor each of the last 2 seasons. And in each year, he lost his starting job.
Here we are again... and it's supposed to be all about him.
