Congrats to JTD for having his career best passing game and a W in his first UGA start.

Aight but what do we do about the fact JT hasn’t played until now?

I still don’t buy it. No way he was too hurt to play Florida and fine to play a full game after it.

He was hurt. The last two weeks of practice were his best weeks of practice leading up.

I promise you.

The only explanations are that Kirby is simply so dumb that he didn’t think JT was any good, or that he was so all in on Stetson that he didn’t want JT to ball out and prove him wrong. Or some combination of the two.

Or you know, the actual fact that he was hurt. Or are we just going to ignore the video evidence of him limping on the sideline vs UF.

Are those the only explanations?

I can think of one or two more.

Some of you seem to actually think you know more about what’s going on in this program than the guy who runs it. It’s comical really. JT didn’t play until now. There was a reason.

I have seen JT play over 13 games. 12 of those games were when he was healthy. I have a base line to base my observations, most of you only have baseless opinions. JT is still not fully recovered. To think that wasn't why he started earlier is folly.

At this point Kirby needs to just come out and say publicly that “HE HAS BEEN HURT” and leave it at that. All I know is JT had one hell of a first game at UGA tonight. I think he has the potential to be as good as good as Trevor Lawrence if he sticks around and keeps getting better.

I mean the sideline reporter literally said during the game that according to the coaches JT wasn’t healthy enough to play until a couple of weeks ago....

Plus there’s a video you can easily find that shows JT limping on the sideline during the UF game.

Really don’t understand why this isn’t computing for some people.
